Coach Lucas has been a great instructor to me and a good comrade. He is both skill full in his art and motivating. There is never a time when he bums anybody with grappling, even if he is submitting them. He just helps you correct simple things like your posture so you can be a better competitor not just for the tournaments, but for himself, and more importantly be a better competitor for yourself!

Coach Lucas Morley is an AMAZING instructor! With his training I have been to 2 tournament and have not lost a match yet! I have gained 10 lbs of muscle with just his warm up exercises.
